FundraiserDinner

Join your local chefs, farmers, artisans and community for a delicious feast to benefit the Carrboro Farmers’ Market!

We are so excited for this year’s Harvest Dinner at the the Market on September 25th! The dinner is fun and delicious celebration of the Market and our community. 20 of the area’s finest chefs will provide potluck-style dishes for the dinner, which will be held in our Carrboro Town Commons pavilions.

Seating is limited, and tickets are going fast. We are almost sold out, so get yours today!

Steel String Brewery and Benjamin Vineyards Winery will host the pre-dinner cocktail social at Town Commons, giving folks some extra time to enjoy great company and local beverages! The fun begins at 6:15pm.

Tickets for the meal are $65 per person.  You can purchase tickets online or at the Market Welcome Booth with cash, check, or credit card. Alcohol will be available for purchase during the cocktail social.

The proceeds from the Harvest Dinner will be added to the $13,000 raised in 2012 and 2013 to make physical improvements to the Town Commons space. The Town of Carrboro and the Market are currently reviewing proposed plans for a major renovation of the space. While we can’t share the details just yet, we are so excited for what is in the works!

A special thanks to TerraVita Food and Wine Event for their Event Support, The Splinter Group for their Marketing and Design Support, and Orange County Solid Waste Management for support in making this a trash free event.
